Soaking and Lifting Machine
By using pre soaking cleaning and lifting method, some impurities such as soil attached to the surface of the material can be cleaned and treated before the next process, which is convenient for subsequent material processing needs.
The feeding end of the lifting conveyor is placed in the cleaning tank to achieve integrated cleaning and lifting. The cleaning tank is equipped with a bar shaped grate to facilitate the separation of materials from water and impurities.
1. The whole machine is mainly made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is safe and hygienic.
2. Add a bubbling device.
2. The edge plate is made by bending food grade stainless steel plate, which can be easily disassembled.
3. The bracket is made of SUS304 stainless steel pipe.
4. The lifting device of this machine adopts a scraper type chain plate, and through the lifting angle and the distance between the scraper, it can achieve quantitative conveying during transportation, playing the role of fabric and facilitating subsequent processing.
Function:
Mainly used for pre cleaning and enhancing the conveying function of root and stem materials.
