Air-drying Dehydration Machine
Each air outlet on the air dryer belt is equipped with 2 medium pressure centrifugal fans for drying, totaling 20 fans. Air volume: 2500-3000m3/h, power: 0.75kW/unit, noise ≤ 70dB (A) To ensure hygiene requirements, except for the motor, fan duct, and volute, all air outlets are made of stainless steel, and an air inlet mesh cover is added to the air inlet.
Wind dryer drying section: length 4000mm, effective width 800mm, total power: 15.75kw
The machine adopts simultaneous blowing up and down, allowing both sides of the material to be fully air dried.
Note: ① Adopt independent control of the operating speed of the mesh belt.
② The reducers are all made of aluminum alloy shells.
③ The bearing seat is made of plastic steel shell above water and stainless steel below water.
④ All chain wheels on the production line are made of stainless steel.
