Equipment Introduction


Scope of application: Suitable for soaking, color protection, and transportation of various fruits and vegetables. Using 304 stainless steel chain plate for conveying, with adjustable speed, the material moves along with the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material. Low noise, suitable for work environments that require quietness. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. Low energy consumption and low usage cost. The equipment is equipped with a floating stainless steel chain plate negative pressure belt, which can prevent the product from floating and staying in water due to buoyancy.          


The overall material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the packaging. The machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and a low failure rate to complete the color protection process of the product. The blanching temperature can be set and adjusted.


The equipment consists of a tank, a conveying device, and a heating control system. Adopting 304 stainless steel tank body, with a plate thickness of 2mm, and supporting legs made of 50 × 50 × 2mm 304 stainless steel square tubes.
