The structure of the vacuum rolling machine is simple. From the structure of the equipment, it can be seen that the maintenance of the vacuum rolling machine mainly refers to the reducer and vacuum pump. The warranty period of the reducer and vacuum pump is generally one year, and they can be replaced unconditionally within one year. If it exceeds one year, it can be negotiated with the vacuum rolling machine manufacturer for repair or replacement. You can also purchase it yourself and install it.
1. Regularly check the oil level of the gearbox. If the oil level is found to be lower than 1/2 of the oil window height, promptly add No. 30 mechanical oil.
2. The electrical control box of the vacuum rolling machine should be firmly grounded to ensure electrical safety.
3. After each operation of the vacuum rolling machine, open the bottom valve switch of the vacuum oil-water separator, drain the accumulated water, vacuum suction material, clean the vacuum pump oil-water separator, and ensure the vacuum pipeline is unobstructed.
4. The vacuum pump should be stopped once a month to check for oil contamination. If the oil inside the vacuum pump has been contaminated, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Before changing the oil, the pump must run forward without load for 15 minutes. After the oil is heated, stop the pump and open the oil plug to drain the dirty oil. Clean the pump with some new oil or oil, and then inject new oil.
