Vacuum Packaging Machine

Vacuum Packaging Machine

Vacuum packaging is the process of creating a vacuum inside a packaging bag, then sealing it to create a vacuum inside the bag. This allows the packaged items to achieve the goals of oxygen isolation, preservation, moisture prevention, mold prevention, and pollution prevention, effectively extending their shelf life and freshness, and facilitating storage and transportation.

Performance characteristics

Both the upper and lower workbenches are made of imported stainless steel flat structure, which can facilitate the dripping of liquids or debris on the workbench during the working process, and prevent short circuits and other faults caused by packaging items (especially liquids), thus improving the overall performance of the machine.

Among them, DZ-400/2S, DZ-500/2S, DZ-600/2S, DZ-700/2S fully automatic, and DZ-800/2S fully automatic adopt a four-bar linkage structure, with a rotating working room for two workstations, which is easy to operate, efficient, and energy-saving.

The packaging process of these models is automatically controlled by the electrical system. For different packaging requirements and materials, the machine is equipped with self selected adjustment knobs such as exhaust time and heating temperature, which are easy to adjust and can achieve good packaging effects.
