Vacuum filling machine is a commonly used equipment for meat product processing. All structural components of the entire machine are made of stainless steel and adopt a horizontal parallel double axis mixing structure. There are six * * - shaped paddle shaped blades fixed on each of the two mixing shafts, with an angle of 60 degrees between the blades and the axis. Both ends are equipped with wedge-shaped shovel plates, which can produce meat squeezed to the wall back to the middle to eliminate * * dead corners. The shovel plate located at the discharge end is detachable. In this way, when it is necessary to remove the mixing shaft, only the discharge end bearing needs to be removed, which is very convenient. The opening and closing of the top cover and discharge door are controlled by a cylinder controlled by an electromagnetic valve. Through various buttons on the manual control box, a series of action programs such as capping, vacuuming, shaft forward rotation, pause, shaft reverse rotation, air release, door opening, and discharge can be achieved. In automatic operation mode, the mixing, forward rotation, reverse rotation, pause time, and total time can be set by the user to meet different process requirements.
