The fully automatic tipping bucket dewatering machine is a newly developed product independently developed by our company. It adopts frequency converter control and controls the entire process of feeding, spin drying, braking, and discharging, fully automated. The upper part of the feeding machine is used for feeding, and the tipping bucket is used for discharging. It can be connected to the assembly line to complete the production process, saving heavy manual labor and reducing production costs. The dehydration speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to different products, and the speed can be freely set from 300 revolutions per minute to 900 revolutions per minute; The motor and spindle are connected in a direct sealed manner, ensuring stable operation, no leakage, no dust, and meeting the requirements of export hygiene. Each feeding is 30kg, and the cycle operation can be adjusted for one time, with unlimited cycle operation and uniform dehydration.
Application: 1. Used for dehydration and spin drying of vegetables and fruits. For example: garlic slices, shredded scallions, diced radish, cabbage, green and red peppers, diced scallions, dates, mushrooms, seaweed, tea leaves, chili peppers, dates, raisins, dried apricots, etc. 2. Applied to other foods: such as rice, wheat, sorghum, millet, mung beans and other grains for cleaning and drying; Wash and spin dry brown sugar, white sugar, and rock sugar; Tofu residue dehydration, kitchen waste oil dehydration, and other food solid-liquid separation.
